McLaren GT have just come out of their most successful ever season, and they’re stepping it up a gear this year.
The firm will have more cars than ever before taking part in competition across the globe — and hope to break new boundaries with their awesome 650S GT3.
Here’s a sneak peak at the 2016 car, which is set to go on display at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show from March 3-13 this year.
The images come as McLaren confirmed French 24-year-old Côme Ledogar as a new factory driver for the upcoming racing season, and the addition of 21-year-old Colin Thompson to their Driver Academy.
The firm’s factory drivers will be racing in North America, mainland Europe and the UK during 2016.
The 650S GT, which replaced the 12C GT3, has been competing since last year and is based on the 650S road car. It actually has a lower power output than the normal 650S due to FIA rules, but still manages 493hp from its 3.8liter V8.
So you can’t really complain.
