It does 0-60mph in 4.3 seconds with a 180mph top speed, but the new Porsche Boxter Spyder is also good-looking hunk of metal as these pictures show. The new Boxter has Porsche’s 3.8liter six-cylinder engine pumping out 375hp, and will cost from $82,100 (plus $995 destination fee) when it goes on sale in the US in October. But it harks back to Porsches of days of yore, with a manually operated roof and manual transmission on all models. Style-wise the Porsche takes a lot of inspiration from the 1960s’ 718 Spyder.
