The new Acura NSX has finally been unveiled — and boy was it worth waiting for.
The supercar made its debut at the 2015 North American International Auto Show, 25 years after its predecessor, the original Acura NSX, also took the world by storm.
There were just 9,000 of the old NSX’s made over 15 years, and Acura will be hoping the new version can match that, if not surpass it.
The new NSX was shown off in red, as all supercars should be, and features a DOHC V6 engine which is said to produce upwards of 550hp, with a 9-speed although the full specification details are yet to be released.
It’s thought it will cost around $150,000, which is relatively cheap when compared to other cars in its class.
We’ll have more details as soon as they are released, but for now sit back, relax, and enjoy these pictures of what could well be a gamechanger for Acura.
